Silicone-coated fiberglass

Use fully encapsulated mats for continuous bakery-tray coverage and open mesh mats for high-temperature baking, steam transfer and drainage.

Silicone-coated PET mesh

Use flexible PET mesh for steaming, food dehydration, drainage and low-to-medium-temperature drying. It is not a default high-temperature oven-baking material.

PTFE-coated fiberglass

Use PTFE-coated fiberglass for low-friction release on heated sealing surfaces, conveyors and equipment contact points.
